Yes! Finally Spring has sprung and about time too! Its amazing what a few days of sun can do to cheer one up and thoughts turn to the new growing season.

Down on our allotment the Walk-in Wonderwall excelled over the Winter months. This can be seen from the size of the spring cabbage within the wonderwall.

As can be seen there is a noticeable difference in their size and quality compared to the cabbage planted outside of the Walk-in Wonderwall on the same date. (oct 2009).

The difference in temperature inside the Walk-in Wonderwall and its wind blocking abilities have made for an ideal growing environment and have accelerated growth.The pigeons have not had a lookin and we await the cabbage white with indifference.

(they can huff and they can puff but the wonderwall will not let them in!).
