The quality of the produce is clearly visible. Unmarked, free from pecticides and sweet to taste. ( can you get any better? )
The spring cabbage you see are now on the menu and summer cabbage and cauliflower are catching up fast. Also, our catchment crop of lettuce are in top condition. We normally have around 60 brassica in our 5m x 3.5m wonderwall at any one time. We continually replant as we crop untill it is time to move the wonderwall ( crop rotation ) to the winter cabbage position, where it will remain for 12 months.
